What sizes are available and what can I store in them? We offer a variety of large-scale units specifically designed for vehicles, boats, and RVs:

  • 14' x 40': Perfect for boats, motorhomes, trailers, or large vehicles.
  • 15' x 35': Ideal for standard boats and campers.
  • 15' x 45': Great for larger RVs and trailers.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage? Yes. We have 10' x 40' climate-controlled units available for items that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations and humidity.

What items are prohibited from being stored? For the safety of all tenants, we do not allow the storage of hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, perishable food, or illegal items.

What happens if I miss a payment? Per Montana state law, if rent is not paid, a lien may be placed on the property within the unit. We encourage all tenants to reach out to us immediately if they anticipate a payment issue to avoid late fees or overlocking of the unit.

How do I move out? When you are ready to vacate, please notify us in advance. Ensure the unit is completely empty and clean to avoid any additional cleaning fees. Once the unit is inspected, your rental agreement will be closed.
